Aim: To empower delegates with the knowledge and skills to safely recruit, train and support their staff to ensure that the children and young people they work with are safeguarded. The course will help you to; • Plan a safer Recruitment process • Write and update safeguarding policies • Explain how to manage and report allegations against any staff member or volunteer who works with children and young people in Lambeth • Empower staff with Safeguarding best practice
